Lemon Grass (Cymbopogon flexuosus) is a clump-forming perennial with blue-green foliage and a strong lemon aroma. It grows as an ornamental-like grass with aromatic cane-like stems and reaches 36–60 inches tall. Ideal for culinary use in soups, curries, sauces, and teas, and also useful for deterring mosquitoes.
