About This Plant
Scarlet Flame Creeping Phlox (Phlox subulata) is a hardy, low-growing perennial that forms an evergreen mat. It produces bright scarlet-pink to magenta blooms in early spring and is well-suited for groundcovers, rock gardens, slopes, and pollinator-friendly borders. It grows 4–6 inches tall with a 1–2 ft spread. Ideal for full sun and well-drained soils, including sandy or rocky soils.
What You Will Receive
100 seeds of Scarlet Flame Creeping Phlox, intended to be grown as a perennial groundcover. Seeds are described for planting with fall or spring planting seasons; cold stratification can improve germination.
